Commercial Case Study
Harbourmaster Place, IFSC, Dublin 1
This stunning commercial building, Harbourmaster Place HM2, is located in the heart of Dublin’s international financial services centre. Harbourmaster Place is the home to companies such as KPMG, Wells Fargo, Bank of Montreal, Aspen and United Health Group.
Castlerock was delighted to be involved with the refurbishment of this 58,000 sq. ft. office building. The project included a new reception and welcome area, hi-macs wall cladding, a fleet of new doors, internal redesign and development, lift lobby and an external canopy.
This project was completed in partnership with Ardstone Capital, one of Ireland’s exceptional real estate investment specialists. The design team on this project was Broadstone Architects, an award-winning architectural studio based in Dublin which have working on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects.
